Mike Krentzman holds a degree in Communications & Business from Northeastern University, where he started the first student run television show platform that has evolved into a large platform for students at NU. After moving to New York City in 2003 Mike worked for Martha Stewart & Rachael Ray until eventually starting his own production company in 2009. Currently, he and RSP have been collaborating with ad agencies and companies on impactful campaigns for over ten years. Through Red Summit, he has traveled to the White House, toured the U.S., and filmed internationally. Mike lives in New York with his wife and children, and four-pound security dog, Ruby.
Ryan Rivard holds a degree in Communications: Radio/TV/Film from Marist College. His short films have screened at the Museum of the Moving Image, Queens World Film Festival, and in the United Kingdom. Prior to joining RSP, Ryan worked for the non-profit Reel Works where he ran their in-house production company for 8 years as a Producer and Head of Production. Ryan has produced documentaries, branded content, and event videos for Samsung, Bank of America, Hasbro, New York Public Radio, National Parks, and other non-profits. Ryan is also the co-founder of Frisson Films, an organization that produces classical music based video projects.
Nicci Cheatham holds a degree in Journalism & Broadcasting, as well as Public Relations from Oklahoma State University, and a Master’s in Business Administration from West Texas A&M. Prior to joining RSP, Nicci worked for Mount Sinai Health System in NYC, leading video production efforts for six years, where she Executive Produced an Emmy-nominated TV series. She also produced The Surge at Mount Sinai, a film that takes viewers into one of the largest healthcare systems in the country during one of the most unprecedented global pandemics, COVID-19 streaming on Discovery+. Before moving to New York City in 2016, Nicci produced and created content for a major health system in Dallas, Texas. She also freelanced producing video content for events, nonprofits, small businesses and producing inspiring videos for content creators. Nicci lives in Brooklyn with her husband, Kevin and fur-babies, Sammie and Nya.
Cali Cardenas holds a degree in Media Arts and Media Screen Studies from Northeastern University. Alongside her work at RSP, Cali is a talented photographer and videographer, specializing in music videos, short films, artist portraits, and fine art photography. Her dedication to her craft has already led her to participate in two film festivals, with many more on the horizon. In her free time, Cali enjoys attending live music shows, sipping on cold brews, and indulging in the latest offerings from HBO and A24.
Kim Horsford holds a degree in French and a minor in marketing from Boston College. She spent one year of her studies at the IECS, Institut d'Etudes Supérieures Spécialisées, in Strasbourg, France (now the EM Strasbourg Business School). Her academic foundation has been enriched by diverse professional experiences. Having worked at Société Générale in NYC, a six-year stint at KFC in St. Maarten, and contributed her expertise to prominent Connecticut-based companies like Ryan Partnership, Conair, BIC, and Coldwell Banker Realty (where she maintains her real estate license), Kim has honed her skills in various environments. Kim is an active member of her community, enjoys dining out and attending events with friends and family, and exploring new destinations whenever possible. Her greatest joy, however, is spending quality time with her daughter and furry "son," Buddy, a 15-pound maltipoo, in their Connecticut home.
Adam Regenstreif holds a degree in Communications & Media Screen Studies from Northeastern University. At Red Summit Productions, Adam thrives in the fast-paced world of post-production, where he loves collaborating with his team to craft original, inspiring content. Outside of his work at RSP, Adam shoots and edits short films, sketch comedy, and music videos. With a passion for visual storytelling, Adam is always looking for new ways to push creative boundaries. When he’s not working, you’ll find him jamming to French indietronica, getting lost in a Wes Anderson film, or playing a retro video game.
Harrison holds a degree in Media and Screen Studies with a minor in History from Northeastern University. Harrison has had a passion for visual storytelling and the entire production process since a young age, and he hopes that passion will only grow through his work with Red Summit Productions. In his free time, Harrison can be found watching sports, like hockey and football, seeing the newest released movies in theaters, and writing short stories. With Red Summit Productions, Harrison is excited to get to work with the entire Red Summit team and to be able to expand his knowledge of all aspects of the production process to better hone his skills.
Essence is a Psychology and Theatre combined major interested in all things creative and the science behind it. Entering her third year at Northeastern, Essence wants to gain a deep understanding of all aspects around theater and video/film to become an asset to both fields of work. She is excited to get the chance to apply her skills from the classroom into a hands-on environment while continuing to grow and cultivate new abilities during her time as an intern. Outside of work, Essence loves to dance, watch hours of YouTube videos about random topics, and play video games with her friends. While stage projects are the majority of her working background, gaining more experience within specifically video production is something that she is excited to dive into at Red Summit.
Claire is a fourth-year student at Northeastern University pursuing a Video Arts degree and working toward a minor in Philosophy. She has always had a passion for philosophy and the arts, but ultimately her interest in filmmaking and production began when she took a film theory class in her second year at the University. An executive producer in Northeastern’s video production club “NUTV,” Claire is passionate about team-working on her peers’ projects as well as directing and producing films of her own in her free time. Her love of philosophy fuels her work as an artist while her knowledge in the field creates an ethical and intellectual basis for her creative ideas. At Red Summit Productions, Claire is enthusiastic to immerse her unique perspective into the industry and to expand her knowledge of the production processes in order to tailor a creative and practical basis for her professional career.
Ethan Kroon is a senior Media Screen Studies and Journalism combined major at Northeastern University, with a minor in communication studies. He has a lifelong passion for animation and filmmaking. Ethan loves screenwriting and is passionate for video production and television. In the past, his talents have been utilized as a voice actor on student films. Outside of video production, Ethan is a passionate skier and New York Giants fan.
